Meet Sherri

I just love learning more and more about myself and I love helping other people do the same! Much of my life, I’ve had a passion for self discovery, growth and healing. This passion has led me through experiences during which I’ve learned a great deal and picked up invaluable skills, tools and education. Mostly, I’ve peeled back my own layers that have kept me from hearing myself and living authentically. The biggest success of the journey has been walking my own path towards Home.

Along the way, I earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology then tried a failed stint at being a professional actress. (I didn’t “make it” but I did learn about getting present in my body and how to move through emotions…as well as I learned who I am not.) To this day, I use many of the techniques I learned in acting classes for myself and with my clients.

Later, I moved out to Northern California from New York City where I had to fall back on my graduate training to make a living. I spent the next 20 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Here, I learned a lot about how to change behavior one step at a time, in a way that is meaningful for an individual. This was most definitely not my ideal job, but I met a lot of amazing humans who taught me so much about doing good work in the world and what it means to bring one’s humanity into every endeavor.

My time in California helped me grow. I dove into my own healing with an amazing therapist who really provided that coaching and guidance I so deeply needed as well as the tools to move forward on my path. She also gave me the words for what I was trying to do, which was find the me of my soul. During this period, I went to seminary and learned about the world's religions and am now an Interfaith minister.

A brief stop in Texas allowed me the push to come back to New England - where I have really been able to come so much more home to myself. Now, living in the rural area of western Massachusetts, I have a “farmette” on a small piece of land. Coaching was introduced to me here and I fell in love. Since the pandemic I worked on earning my ICF credential and am now a fully credentialed coach with the main governing board.

Coaching is my way of doing the work I came to this life to do. I’m having those deep discussions with clients, utilizing my own experiences, skills and tools picked up along the way…to help others do this meaningful work of living from a place of authenticity.

I truly believe that uncovering all the “stuff” that we picked up along the way in order to live authentically will allow us to live more loving and peaceful lives, in more loving and peaceful communities…and, ultimately, a more loving and peaceful world.

I hope you let me join you in your journey. Please email me to book an appointment or to get more information.

"If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself, if you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation."
